Your employer may help you increase the difference you make. Many companies match charitable donations made by their employees. This is a fantastic way to double—or even triple—your gift to Challenged Athletes Foundation!

Ask Your Employer

Contact your Human Resources department directly to see if your company matches charitable gifts. If your company matches gifts, please follow the instructions your employer provides, or contact your Human Resources department for the appropriate form. Please note that all matching gifts to Challenged Athletes Foundation must be submitted under Challenged Athletes, Inc DBA Challenged Athletes Foundation using the address below. The tax ID / EIN number for Challenged Athletes Foundation is 33-0739596.

Mail completed forms to Challenged Athletes Foundation or submit the necessary information through your company’s online portal (if available).

We Do the Rest!

Once the match is confirmed, your company will send the matching gift directly to Challenged Athletes Foundation. If the matching gift is for a participant or team, it will be reflected on the participant or team’s fundraising page as “Matching gift for ____”. CAF processes matching gifts as soon as they are received. Most checks are received within 4 – 6 weeks but can take longer depending on the company. Check with your HR department for details on when payments will be issued.”
