Play With Purpose: Inclusive CAF Youth & Teammates Participate in Phillies Coaches Clinic!

Thanks to CAF partner Toyota and the Tri-state Toyota Dealers Association, CAF youth from the Philadelphia area were invited to join in the fun for the Toyota Legends Clinic and Wall of Fame Weekend with the Phillies baseball team!

On Saturday, August 7, 2021, 20 CAF youth and their teammates got personalized instruction and to participate in skills and drills led by Phillies alumni Gary Matthews and Tommy Greene at Citizens Bank Park.

CAF Board Member, Chad Merriweather brought his son Chase and his three brothers to join in the fun along with many of his baseball teammates.

Following the clinic, all the kids and their families got to attend the game vs. the New York Mets where the Phillies they took the win and all who joined for the day were definitely winners!
