HEATHER LOPEZ: PROGRAMS DIRECTOR – IDAHO
Heather is currently serving as the Challenged Athletes Foundation Regional Director in Idaho where she works to create and promote opportunities and unify the adaptive sports in her state. Prior to this role, she practiced as a sports and orthopedic physical therapist for 14 years across the country. She received her doctorate from Baylor University in 2008 and subsequently served in the US Army as a physical therapist. Her undergraduate degree is from Michigan State University, and she bleeds green! She and her husband, Tim love exploring the outdoors and all that Idaho has to offer with their dog, Gertie.
